Product Overview: Our industrial underwater circular connectors are strictly manufactured in accordance with global Subconn and Seacon industry standards, achieving 1:1 full interchangeability with original standard products in terms of size, thread, pin layout and installation interface. Featuring dual dry-mate and wet-mate working modes, optional 2 to 12 contact cores, full IP68 waterproof performance and 800bar ultra-high pressure resistance, these connectors operate stably in deep sea, offshore, salt spray and extreme temperature marine environments. Engineered to solve core pain points of subsea equipment such as seawater corrosion, deep water high-pressure leakage and unstable power and signal transmission, our connectors are widely applied in ROV underwater robots, subsea monitoring cameras, oceanographic sensors, offshore new energy equipment and marine engineering facilities, providing reliable long-term connection solutions for harsh underwater scenarios.

    1. Full Subconn & Seacon Standard Interchangeability

    Comply with military marine connector specifications and original Subconn/Seacon design standards, equipped with unified 7/16"-20 UNF rear thread and standard pin arrangement. All bulkhead sockets and inline plugs are fully cross-replaceable with OEM standard parts without any equipment modification. It effectively reduces on-site replacement costs, shortens project downtime and supports straight and right-angle housing configurations to adapt to various narrow installation spaces.

    2. Superior Corrosion & High Pressure Resistance Performance

    The connector shell adopts high-quality 316L stainless steel and chloroprene rubber integrated molding, with optional titanium alloy shell for ultra-deep and highly corrosive seawater environments. It passes 1000-hour salt spray resistance test and effectively resists seawater erosion and marine biological adhesion. The contact pins are made of copper alloy with full gold plating in line with ASTM-B-488 standards, with contact resistance less than 0.01Ω and insulation resistance higher than 200MΩ, ensuring stable low-impedance transmission of power and gigabit data signals. Adopting double-layer imported O-ring sealing structure, it maintains permanent IP68 waterproof performance after complete docking, and the wet-mate version can withstand more than 500 times of open-face underwater plugging and unplugging without leakage.

    3. Complete Specification Coverage & Hybrid Transmission Support

    Available in 2/3/4/5/6/8/10/12 pin core specifications, covering pure power supply and power-signal hybrid transmission types. The 2-5 pin low-core model supports 10A single-pin current and 600V AC/DC rated voltage, suitable for power supply of small subsea equipment such as underwater lights and miniature cameras. The 6-12 pin high-core model realizes integrated power and signal transmission, with a maximum single-unit current of 50A, compatible with gigabit Ethernet synchronous transmission, meeting the integrated connection and control needs of medium and large ROVs and subsea intelligent equipment.

    4. Extreme Environmental Adaptability

    The connector supports stable operation in water at -4℃ to +60℃ and atmospheric environment at -40℃ to +60℃, adapting to extreme weather and water quality conditions such as polar low temperature and tropical high temperature and high humidity. The standard pressure resistance grade reaches 800bar (8000 meters deep sea), and customized products can support 1400bar ultra-high pressure to meet the connection needs of full ocean depth operation equipment.

    5. Flexible Installation & Efficient On-Site Maintenance

    Support multiple installation methods including bulkhead panel mounting and inline cable butt joint. Adopt field crimping assembly design without pre-molded cables, enabling free on-site wiring and replacement without professional molding equipment. Damaged single connectors can be replaced independently without discarding the entire cable, greatly reducing after-sales maintenance difficulty and shortening equipment downtime.
