Product Overview: This customizable mini circular underwater connector is a compact-size round interconnect specially developed for small-scale subsea equipment with limited installation space. Standard pin range covers 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 cores to satisfy low-power power supply and small signal transmission of miniature marine devices. Built with precision sealing and anti-corrosion housing, it reaches IP68 full submersion waterproof grade and withstands certain underwater hydrostatic pressure. We support personalized customization including cable overmolding, panel mounting and wire specification, widely adopted for mini ROV, underwater probes, subsea monitoring sensors and portable marine testing instruments.

    Multi-layer compression rubber sealing prevents seawater, moisture and dust penetration, stable for long-term shallow submersion and humid offshore working environment.
     

    4. Gold-Plated Contacts for Stable Transmission
     

    Precision copper pins with gold plating feature low contact resistance, anti-oxidation and anti-intermittent contact, ensuring steady power and signal output underwater.
     

    5. Bayonet Quick Lock & Anti-Misplug
     

    Twist bayonet locking enables fast plug/unplug; foolproof anti-reverse insertion design, over 1000 times durable mating cycles.
     

    6. Excellent Marine Environment Resistance
     

    Corrosion-resistant alloy housing passes salt spray & vibration test, works reliably at -40℃~+70℃ against seawater corrosion and high humidity.
