Product Overview: This watertight optoelectronic hybrid connector is developed as a high-performance, cost-effective replacement for mainstream Subconn and Seacon underwater connector systems. It adopts an integrated optoelectronic hybrid structure, which combines high-speed low-loss optical fiber transmission and stable electrical power & control signal output in one compact rugged housing. Strictly following the unified interface dimensions, bayonet locking structure and electrical parameters of Subconn and Seacon standards, this product supports 1:1 plug-and-play replacement without any modification to existing equipment, wiring or systems. Built with marine-grade anti-corrosion alloy and multi-layer composite sealing materials, it achieves genuine IP68 full submersible waterproof performance and outstanding deep-sea pressure resistance. With independent photoelectric isolation and full EMI shielding design, optical and electrical signals operate synchronously without crosstalk, delivering long-term stable performance in high-humidity, corrosive and electromagnetic interference marine environments.

    1. Dual Compatibility with Subconn & Seacon
     

    Standardized to match the global mainstream Subconn and Seacon underwater connector specifications, including locking mechanism, outline size and electrical indicators. It can directly replace original branded connectors, adapting to most existing underwater robots, monitoring devices and offshore equipment layouts. Breaking the limitation of single-brand compatibility, it covers more scenarios such as new project construction, equipment upgrade and daily maintenance, effectively cutting procurement and after-sales costs.
     

    2. Integrated Optoelectronic Hybrid Design

     

    Integrate optical fiber channels and electrical contact channels in a single connector. Optical cores support long-distance transmission of subsea HD video, sensor data and underwater communication signals with low attenuation; electrical channels provide reliable power supply and precise control signals. The all-in-one structure simplifies complex separate wiring, improves equipment integration and greatly simplifies subsea system deployment. Multiple channel combinations are available to meet diverse power and data transmission demands.
     

    3. Low-Loss Optical Transmission & Anti-Interference
     

    Equipped with high-precision ceramic ferrules and synchronous core alignment technology, the optical insertion loss is controlled ≤0.3dB, ensuring low-latency and lossless data transmission during long-term underwater operation. Complete physical isolation between optical and electrical parts eliminates internal signal crosstalk. Full-coverage EMI shielding resists complex marine electromagnetic interference, keeping signals pure, stable and consistent.
     

    4. IP68 Waterproof & Deep-Sea High Pressure Resistance
     

    Adopt multi-layer compression sealing and integral reinforced locking structure, reaching IP68 full submersible waterproof grade. The rugged mechanical structure withstands extreme deep-sea water pressure, continuous seawater immersion and tidal scouring. It thoroughly prevents water and moisture penetration, avoiding circuit short circuits and signal failure, and supports 24/7 uninterrupted operation in harsh deep-sea and offshore environments.
     

    5. Excellent Marine Environmental Adaptability
     

    The housing is made of high-strength marine anti-corrosion alloy, paired with weather-resistant insulating materials. All products pass strict salt spray aging, high-low temperature cycling and mechanical vibration tests, featuring strong resistance to seawater corrosion, UV aging, high humidity and microbial adhesion. It maintains stable mechanical and electrical performance during long-term field deployment in the ocean.
     

    6. Easy Installation & Long Service Life
     

    Designed with anti-misplug foolproof structure and quick bayonet locking, enabling fast, error-free plugging and unplugging. It supports frequent underwater mating and unmating, convenient for daily debugging and equipment overhaul.
