With the official launch of the Hangzhou branch, Haige Wei Electronics simultaneously initiated the “Marine Electronics Talent Special Program,” forging strategic partnerships with local universities such as Zhejiang University and Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology. Together, they are establishing joint bases for talent development and employment practice, thereby building a reserve of specialized talent to support business expansion in the East China region and achieving mutual empowerment between corporate growth and talent cultivation.

Under the cooperation agreement, Haige Wei will launch a specialized “Deep-Sea Electronic Technology” course at partner universities. The company will send its technical experts to participate in teaching and integrate real-world projects—such as waterproof connection technology and the R&D of deep-sea communication equipment—into classroom instruction. Meanwhile, the company will establish 50 annual internship positions at its Hangzhou branch, providing university students with multidimensional hands-on opportunities in product development, market application, technical services, and more. Outstanding interns may receive direct job offers upon completion of their internships.

Focus on needs and cultivate a locally specialized team.
The Hangzhou branch will focus on recruiting talent in fields such as electronic engineering, marine technology, and automation, building a core team that combines strong technical expertise with deep local market experience. The company will provide newly hired employees with development support, including headquarters-based technical training, hands-on experience through cross-regional projects, and dual career advancement pathways. Over the next three years, the branch plans to expand its team to 100 members, with local talent accounting for at least 70% of the total workforce.
The launch of this talent program not only provides a solid talent foundation for the long-term development of Haigewei’s Hangzhou branch, but also helps to further refine the talent-development system for marine electronics professionals in the East China region, injecting fresh energy into the industry’s growth.
